I know that
Jaxon has already been to more fire stations in his short time than most people will ever visit in their entire lives, but this visit was special. This was the first visit that
Jaxon took pictures with the rig that his Daddy was driving! For the first year of
Jaxon's life, Justin has been an Arson Investigator. It was a wonderful job that allowed Justin to come home at least once a shift to check on us and visit
Jax. He was able to do this because he was driving a pick-up...not a rig. So now back into the field he goes and more importantly back on a rig!
I'm not sure who was more excited to be in this Rescue engine...Justin or Jaxon. Jax was screeching and yelling he was so excited! He even got to blow the air horn (which scared the daylights out of everyone BUT Jax!) He was having so much fun that he did not want to leave...poor buddy. With his love of all things vehicle this child is destined to scare the life out of me!!
