hey...who's that cat?
my shirt says Boozer Babe on the back....and the Boozer Family Portrait

For the past 4 years Justin has participated in the softball tournament during the Firefighter Olympics. Departments from across the state meet up and compete in a zillion different events. 3 years ago Justin started the Boozers...a team that was dedicated to having fun, getting a little sweat on and drinking. (hence the name) The first year was just the guys...the second year we added the infamous Boozer Babes...and this year we added the Boozer Babies. All of us sported our custom t-shirts...all of which were spray painted in my garage or on the bed of Justin's truck with stencils he's created. Anyhow--this year babies were invited. Jax was once again the best kid ever! Took the car rides with no issue...took the heat in stride and even dealt with the noise well. The only issue we had on this trip was the realization that I have a very social (nosy) kid. He did NOT want to nap while "stuff" was going on...so we had to argue a few times about it and luckily it didn't effect his nights too drastically.
Side note: sharing a hotel room with a 4 month old is not fun...he goes to bed early, likes it dark-ish and likes to watch TV too much for it to be on while he's sleeping. End result...Mom went to bed at 7 too!
The Boozers didn't fare so well this year...but Jaxon was a stud. He never complained or had a meltdown the whole time. He really enjoyed catching some of the games with Dad and the hotel pool! But mostly he LOVED the boy he got to chat with everyday...in the mirror. No joke, this was his favorite thing to do while we got ready, made bottles, cleaned up our disaster of a room. He loves him some Jax!
